Can I take the screen doors with me if I move to a different home?
Are you planning on moving to a different home and wondering if you can take your screen doors with you? Phantom screen doors are designed to seamlessly blend in with your home's decor and become a permanent fixture. In addition, the warranty only covers the screens for the original purchaser and for the lifetime of the home, so removing them and taking them to a new place would void the warranty.
What happens if someone walks into my screen door by accident?
If someone accidentally walks into your screen door, don't worry! The mesh is designed to be flexible and can usually withstand a gentle bump without any damage. However, if there is more force involved, the mesh may become detached from the housing or track. If this is the case, it's best to contact us and schedule a visit to replace the mesh and service the screen door to ensure it functions properly again.
How often should I do maintenance to my screens?

We recommend cleaning the screen doors once or twice a season to eliminate any small dust particles in the mesh: upon first use after winter is over and at the end of the busy summer season. Use a mild detergent and water to gently wipe them down.
How do I keep my screen door clean?
Your screen door needs minimal maintenance and keeping them clean only takes a few minutes. If you have a retractable screen door with mesh:
Regularly clear the tracks of dirt and debris using a vacuum or a rag, and lubricate them with Phantom’s greaseless silicone spray.
Once or twice a season, clean the mesh and casing with water, mild detergent, and a soft brush—never use harsh chemicals or a pressure washer

What's the screen door warranty and how does it work?
Our warranty is the best in the industry. If you experience any problems with our screen doors, we are committed to fixing them for you promptly.
Our limited lifetime warranty covers the screen components (excluding the mesh) for the original purchaser throughout their lifetime in their home. Additionally, we provide a labor warranty that covers the delivery and installation of the warranted components for the first 24 months.
