Phantom Screens partners with Southern Living, expanding indoor/outdoor living on their 2023 Idea House in Nashville, TN. The home sits on more than 60 acres of farmland, and with primary living spaces with stunning views and a color palette tailored to emphasize the natural scenery. This sustainable smart home is full of Southern charm.
Any home in the South knows a charming Southern space needs bug protection, and the Southern Living Idea House 2023 was no exception. With a fresh patio space ready for entertaining, Phantom Screens, with the help of Somfy, got this space from bug city to a dinner party oasis.
The upper porch boasts five Phantom motorized dual roller screens, surrounding the outdoor living & dining room and outdoor kitchen & grill, offering the home protection from the bugs with the mesh, or climate-controlled spaced with the clear vinyl. This upper patio is ready for hosting all season long!
Meanwhile, on the lower porch, two Phantom motorized screens offer a cozy space for restful slumber and a lower patio off the billiards room, making it a haven for tranquil evenings and lively gatherings.
These additions allow its residents to enjoy endless entertaining any time of the year bug free, pollen protected, and temperature controlled.
